  • The U.S. Cellular Center is a non-smoking facility
  • Outside food or beverage are not permitted in the building
  • The use of cameras is determined on an event by event basis, please call the ticket office at 319-362-1729 for clarification
  • To ensure the safety of all guests, certain events may require a search as a condition of entry
  • Doors for general admission events open 90 minutes before show time
  • Doors for reserved seat shows open 1 hour before show time
  • Generally, if a child has reached their 2nd birthday, they need to have a ticket. This rule is subject to change for some family shows.

U.S. Cellular Center Rock Concert Guidelines

The following security measures have been implemented for the safety of all patrons and working staff at the U.S. Cellular Center:

  • The following items are prohibited from the U.S. Cellular Center: Knives, weapons, multi-use tools, laser pointers and spiked jewelry as well as cans, bottles, coolers, bags, backpacks, fanny packs and large purses.
  • Small women’s purses (no larger than 6x7 inches in dimension) and all hand-held items including binoculars, cell phones, pagers, etc.) are highly discouraged and will be searched upon entry into the arena.
  • All fans are encouraged to arrive at the U.S. Cellular Center early and have photo identification available at all times.
  • All patrons will be subject to search prior to entering the facility.

US Cellular

Emergency Phone Service

Receive emergency messages while attending reserved seating events at the U.S. Cellular Center or Paramount Theatre. Leave your seat location and this number, 560-1046, with the necessary person. Should an emergency arise, our event staff will contact you at your seat.

Automated External Defibrillators

The U.S. Cellular Center and Paramount Theatre are two of several facilities in Cedar Rapids working to promote a Heart Safe Community. The installation of and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in each building enables ordinary citizens to provide treatment to victims of sudden cardiac arrest. The AED is located at the Patron Services Center.

Accommodations for the Hearing Impaired

If you have special needs for sound amplification, our state-of-the-art hearing amplification system allows you to enjoy the entertainment if you are hearing impaired. Complimentary equipment may be checked out with one form of identification at the guest services center. When possible, we can also arrange to provide sign language interpretation. Requests for sign language interpretation must be made at least one month in advance by contacting Jason Anderson by phone at (319) 398-5211 or by email at j.anderson@uscellularcenter.com.

Wheelchair Accessibility

There is a limited amount of wheelchair accessible seating available during each show at the U.S. Cellular Center and Paramount Theatre. Patrons who require the use of a wheelchair are urged to notify the Box Office at the time of ticket purchase.

Diaper Changing Stations

The quickest and easiest way to change a diaper is on a changing station, conveniently located in every restroom in each facility.

  • Each membership entitles you to two preference tickets per concert at either the U.S. Cellular Center or Paramount Theatre before they go on sale to the general public
  • Free subscription to the monthly Upcoming Events listing for the U.S. Cellular Center and Paramount Theatre
  • Access to front door entry for GA Events

Advance Ticket Buying and Event Information

  • Call the 24 hour hotline at 319-398-0223 for up-to-the-minute concert information.
  • The Admit Two Club hotline will alert you to new concerts and special event details as soon as the concert promoter releases the information.
  • Once the concert or special event is announced, you have the opportunity to buy two tickets to the show before they go on sale to the public.
  • For general admission shows, members enter through VIP doors.

Membership Facts

  • Admit Two Club Memberships are nontransferable
  • Memberships run from July 1 - June 30
  • A $2 handling/mailing charge is added to each Admit Two Club ticket order
  • All dates, times and performances are subject to change
  • Specific seating requests cannot be honored
